In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our customers’ shopping experience by ensuring our merchandise is beautifully presented, organized, and enticing.
As a Store Display Arranger, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining attractive product displays throughout the store, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and promotional themes. This isn’t just about placing items on shelves; it’s about crafting an engaging visual story that highlights our products, informs customers, and ultimately drives sales. You’ll work closely with the store management team to execute seasonal promotions, new product launches, and everyday merchandising strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Design, set up, and dismantle appealing product displays in various sections of the supermarket (e.g., fresh produce, packaged goods, promotional areas).
- Ensure all displays are aesthetically pleasing, well-stocked, clean, and in accordance with company visual merchandising standards and planograms.
- Rotate merchandise effectively to ensure product freshness and minimize waste, paying close attention to expiration dates.
- Implement seasonal and promotional displays as directed by store management, utilizing provided marketing materials.
- Monitor stock levels on displays and communicate replenishment needs to relevant department teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and contribute to overall store cleanliness.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving store visual appeal and customer flow.
- Assist with pricing, signage, and labeling of products on display to ensure accuracy and clarity for customers.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring displays are secure and do not obstruct customer pathways.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to create visually appealing displays and merchandising setups.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
