Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles, from entry-level to leadership positions.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, develop compelling job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, career fairs (virtual), networking, and professional organizations, to identify and attract passive and active candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed summaries and recommendations.
- Manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback, and guide them through the interview and offer process.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the talent acquisition process and employer branding.
- Stay informed of industry trends, talent market data, and best practices in recruitment.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and close candidates effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Workday.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet connectivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for roles within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) focused recruiting strategies.
- Certifications in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms beyond standard job boards.
