Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to assess satisfaction and identify retention opportunities.
- Monitor client accounts for signs of churn risk and implement targeted retention strategies.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a cohesive and positive client experience.
- Educate clients on new features, services, and best practices to maximize their value from Career.zycto’s offerings.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify trends and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and retention efforts in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Career.zycto's products, services, and industry landscape.
- Prepare regular reports on retention metrics, client feedback, and engagement activities.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a customer service, retention, or client success role.
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and resolving complex issues.
