Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications, ensuring correct quantities and product types.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing; report any discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
- Prepare items for shipment by boxing, labeling, and securing them properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed, ensuring accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily packing goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to attendance and workplace conduct.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or production role (3-6 months preferred).
