Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior recruiters with candidate sourcing using various online platforms and databases.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various roles.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email and phone to gauge interest and availability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars effectively.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing documents and presentations.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating initial communications.
- Participate in training sessions and actively seek to learn new recruitment techniques and industry best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process.
