Your day will involve navigating our warehouse, utilising handheld scanners or pick sheets to locate specific items, verifying product codes and quantities, and meticulously packing them to prevent damage during transit. This role requires sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting, often for extended periods. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines, contributing to a secure working environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment and protected from damage.
- Organise and consolidate picked items into designated staging areas.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate manual pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as required (with training).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding stock levels or potential issues.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar picking/packing role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanning technology.
