Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise deliveries promptly and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, display units, and storage areas according to planograms and store standards.
- Ensure products are correctly faced, rotated (first-in, first-out), and priced accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized backroom and sales floor, including removing empty boxes and trash.
- Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with locating products when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and store policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily stocking goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product placement.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
