Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with community members to understand their needs and provide information on available programs and services.
- Distribute educational materials, flyers, and other resources at community events, local businesses, and door-to-door.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community outreach events, workshops, and informational sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, community interactions, and program referrals.
- Gather feedback from community members to inform program development and improvement efforts.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local residents, community leaders, and partner organizations.
- Identify and report on emerging community needs and challenges to the outreach team.
- Support program initiatives by connecting eligible individuals with appropriate resources, including healthcare, housing, and educational support.
