Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision haircuts, fades, shaves, and beard trims for diverse clientele.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized grooming advice.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and professionalism.
- Manage appointments efficiently and punctually.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional barbering experience.
- Proficiency in various haircutting and shaving techniques (fades, tapers, hot shaves, beard shaping).
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid barbering license/certification in Quebec.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
