Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the growth, acquisition, and retention of users on our NFT marketplaces.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the NFT marketplace, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
- Identify and onboard new artists, brands, and content creators, fostering strong relationships and expanding our NFT offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the NFT and Web3 space to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define new features, functionalities, and improvements for the marketplace platform.
- Work closely with marketing teams to design and implement effective campaigns, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as trading volume, user engagement, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights.
- Manage community engagement, moderation, and support efforts to cultivate a positive and thriving ecosystem for collectors and creators.

Required Skills
