Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and aspirations.
- Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, analyzing clients' current financial situations, risk tolerance, and future goals.
- Create bespoke financial plans covering investments, pensions, protection, and estate planning.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of financial products and services, ensuring suitability and transparency.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial role.
- Proven track record of success in developing client relationships and achieving financial objectives.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear, actionable advice.
- Demonstrated ethical conduct and adherence to regulatory standards.
- CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent qualification).
