Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to offer, with a specific focus on visa-sponsored candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of international talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visa-sponsored candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the immigration and relocation process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and immigration regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Career.zycto's reputation as a global employer of choice.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events, both virtually and in-person, to promote career opportunities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on international recruitment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of UK immigration policies and visa sponsorship processes.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
