Key Responsibilities
- Assist drilling crews with operations, including pipe handling, drill floor activities, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform general rig maintenance, cleaning, and painting to ensure a safe and operational environment.
- Operate and maintain various hand and power tools, and specialized drilling equipment.
- Participate in helicopter landing operations and crane lifting procedures.
- Conduct safety drills, emergency response training, and adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or potential hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including drillers, mechanics, electricians, and other personnel.
- Handle and store materials safely, including chemicals and drilling fluids.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, fostering strong team cohesion.
