Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage employee relations, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top-tier talent.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and employment law (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and performance management software.
