Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the design, development, and optimization of chemical processes and equipment.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, collect data, and analyze results to support process improvement and new product development.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, process flow diagrams, and other documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Support troubleshooting efforts for operational issues and contribute to root cause analysis.

Required Skills
