Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and catering to the diverse needs and interests of tour participants.
  • Manage group logistics, ensuring tours run on schedule and all participants remain together and safe.
  • Adapt tour content and delivery style to suit various group demographics, including families, students, and corporate groups.
  • Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere, encouraging interaction and creating memorable experiences for all guests.
  • Handle minor issues or unexpected situations professionally and efficiently, escalating as necessary.
  • Assist with basic tour preparation and wrap-up activities, such as check-ins and gathering feedback.
