Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and catering to the diverse needs and interests of tour participants.
- Manage group logistics, ensuring tours run on schedule and all participants remain together and safe.
- Adapt tour content and delivery style to suit various group demographics, including families, students, and corporate groups.
