Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking an ambitious and results-driven National Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Indian Orchard, Springfield. In this pivotal full-time role, you will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding relationships with our most significant national clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. You will act as a strategic partner, understanding their complex talent needs and aligning them with our comprehensive suite of recruitment and HR consulting services. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand client relationships for key national accounts.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers at all levels within client organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing national accounts, cross-selling and up-selling Career.zycto's services.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company profitability goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts, addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (recruitment, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic account planning.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic reviews to clients and senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to represent Career.zycto and identify potential growth avenues.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in national account management or strategic sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical abilities to understand client needs and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven capability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience within the recruitment, HR consulting, or professional services industry.
  • Master's degree or relevant professional certifications.
  • Familiarity with the Indian Orchard and greater Springfield business landscape.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with annual revenues exceeding $1M.
