Career.zycto is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Advisor to join our growing team in Eagle Ridge, Coquitlam. As an Immigration Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive guidance on various Canadian immigration programs, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, family sponsorship, temporary resident visas, and more. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, conducting initial consultations, assessing eligibility, and developing tailored immigration strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing, reviewing, and submitting accurate and complete applications to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other relevant government bodies. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial consultations with clients to assess immigration eligibility and advise on suitable pathways.
- Develop personalized immigration strategies tailored to client needs and Canadian immigration requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit various immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Draft detailed legal submissions, letters of explanation, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.
- Represent clients before IRCC, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), or provincial nominee programs as required.
- Manage and organize client files efficiently, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Assist in marketing and business development initiatives to attract new clients.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Immigration Advisor, Consultant, or equivalent role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian immigration law, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficiency in preparing and submitting various IRCC applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.
- Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or licensed lawyer (member in good standing with a provincial law society).
- Experience with visa sponsorship processes and employer compliance.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to our client base (e.g., Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Tagalog).
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of cases effectively.
- Prior experience working with international clients or a multicultural clientele.
