Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules and assignments.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
- Train new cleaning personnel on company procedures, safety protocols, and effective cleaning techniques.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure continuous operation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding cleaning requirements, issues, and feedback.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Perform general cleaning duties as required to support the team and maintain standards.
Required Skills
- Proven supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
