Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Provide support with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
  • Help with light housekeeping duties such as tidying living areas, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Assist clients with medication reminders (not administering medication).
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversation and companionship, fostering a positive environment.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or living conditions to supervisory staff.
  • Accompany clients to appointments or run errands as needed, following company policies.
  • Document services provided accurately and promptly.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Genuine empathy, patience, and a compassionate demeanor.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
