Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Provide support with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
- Help with light housekeeping duties such as tidying living areas, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with medication reminders (not administering medication).
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and companionship, fostering a positive environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or living conditions to supervisory staff.
- Accompany clients to appointments or run errands as needed, following company policies.
- Document services provided accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
