Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases of various corporate projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized project documentation, including project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and financial records.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, distributing relevant materials, and ensuring accurate transcription of discussions and action items.
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines and objectives, tracking key performance indicators, and providing regular, concise updates to project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and information flow between project teams, various internal departments, and external vendors or partners.
  • Support budget tracking activities, expense reconciliation, and resource allocation efforts to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks, issues, or roadblocks, escalating them to Project Managers for timely resolution.
  • Prepare professional presentations and insightful reports for project reviews, stakeholder updates, and management briefings.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established project methodologies, internal standards, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members to project-specific tools, processes, and documentation standards.

Required Skills
