Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, and visitors, handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general office correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule property tours, appointments, and maintain organized calendars for property management staff.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of lease agreements, renewals, and tenant applications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files, property records, and administrative documents.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support property managers with various administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
- Assist in coordinating move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
- Help organize and communicate community events or notices to residents.
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
