Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack products according to specific instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
- Label and prepare packages for shipping, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic packing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
