As a Commercial Roofer, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team, responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofs.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up roofs).
- Inspect roofing for damage, leaks, and potential hazards.
- Measure and cut roofing materials accurately to fit specific dimensions.
- Prepare surfaces for roofing application, including cleaning and leveling.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, supervisors, and site managers.
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on all projects.
- Perform routine maintenance on roofing equipment and tools.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial roofing.
