Key Responsibilities
- Operate various food processing equipment safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production lines to ensure product quality, identifying and reporting any deviations or defects.
- Perform tasks related to ingredient preparation, mixing, cooking, packaging, and labeling of food products.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift, including equipment sanitation.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and finished products.
- Conduct basic quality checks and record production data accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance or supervisory staff.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for understanding instructions and recording data.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 kg (55 lbs) as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a food manufacturing or production environment.
