Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary Creative Director to lead our branding and marketing communications efforts. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining, shaping, and executing the creative vision across all platforms, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative that resonates with our diverse clientele. The Creative Director will oversee the entire creative process, from conceptualization to delivery, for all advertising campaigns, digital content, print materials, experiential marketing, and internal brand applications. You will work closely with the marketing, operations, and executive teams to translate business objectives into innovative creative strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of luxury branding, and a proven ability to inspire and manage creative talent. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and champion the overall creative strategy and vision for Enashipai Resort & Spa, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
 - Lead, mentor, and inspire a small internal creative team (graphic designers, content creators) and external agencies, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
 - Oversee the conceptualization and execution of all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, video, and experiential initiatives.
 - Guide the art direction and visual style of all brand assets, ensuring high-quality, impactful, and on-brand creative output.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate business goals into creative solutions.
 - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for creative deliverables, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
 - Stay abreast of industry trends, creative technologies, and competitor activities to continually evolve and enhance our brand's creative presence.
 
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Art Director in a high-end brand, hospitality, or agency setting.
 - Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creative conceptualization, design, and execution across various media.
 - Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
 - Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
 - Deep understanding of branding, marketing principles, and user experience design.
 - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
 - Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead creative teams.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
