Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waxing floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and window sills.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Clean and maintain building entrances, lobbies, and common areas.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and notify management of needs.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies for handling and disposing of chemicals.
- Respond promptly to special cleaning requests or emergency situations.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed, or report larger issues to appropriate personnel.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to complete tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
