Job Description

Career.zycto is on the lookout for a bright, enthusiastic, and highly organized Entry Level Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our bustling Downtown Montreal office. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and appointments.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with event coordination and setup for internal company gatherings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and company records.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is a strong asset for Montreal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
