Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to internal users, assisting with hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log, prioritise, and resolve IT support tickets using our helpdesk system.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices).
- Install and configure software applications, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Support users with password resets, account unlocks, and basic system access queries.
- Participate in maintaining IT documentation, including guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Learn and apply basic network troubleshooting techniques (e.g., connectivity issues).
- Assist with routine system checks and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development activities, including formal training and self-study.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in information technology and a desire to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Prior experience with customer service (even non-IT related) is a plus.
