Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural).

- Respond promptly and efficiently to all maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency situations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, switches, and minor wiring issues.
- Execute plumbing repairs, addressing leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, and water heater maintenance.
- Perform basic HVAC system checks, filter changes, and minor component repairs to ensure optimal climate control.
- Undertake carpentry tasks such as door repairs, drywall patching, painting, and general aesthetic upkeep.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in commercial real estate or a similar institutional setting.
