Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Assist customers with shoe sizing, fitting, and product selection.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stock room.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and politely.
- Learn about new products, promotions, and store policies to effectively inform customers.

- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Assist with merchandising and inventory management as needed.
