Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities and conversations.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring client safety at all times.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as required.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying living areas and laundry.
- Administer medication reminders as per care plan and monitor for side effects.
- Observe, document, and report any changes in client's physical or mental condition to supervisory staff.
- Adhere strictly to individualized care plans and company policies and procedures.
- Provide emotional support and create a positive, supportive environment for clients.
