As a Gate Guard, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and deliveries, playing a crucial role in maintaining a secure and organized environment. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying identification of all personnel and visitors.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all incoming and outgoing vehicles, equipment, and individuals.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security risks.
- Operate security equipment such as surveillance cameras, gates, and communication systems.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities, escalating as necessary.
- Provide clear directions and assistance to visitors and delivery personnel, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures consistently and courteously to uphold a safe environment.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and daily activity logs with precision.
- Ensure the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and company assets at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to consistently uphold and improve security standards.
