Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Receiving and processing incoming warehouse stock and materials.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory in designated locations.
- Operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely after training.
- Performing routine quality checks on products and packaging.
- Assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhering strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Reporting any discrepancies, damaged items, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong, consistent work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English).
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
