Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data specifications.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Provide recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new data collection systems and analytical processes.
- Present complex analytical findings in an understandable and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, new analytical tools, and data methodologies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Demonstrable experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling concepts.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
