Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and replenishing supplies.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, windowsills, ledges, and office equipment.
- Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and interior windows to a streak-free finish.
- Empty waste bins and transport trash to designated disposal areas.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuum cleaners.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during shifts.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored securely.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with security personnel or other building occupants.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
