Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipment, following specific guidelines.
- Operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely after proper training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse upkeep as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet night shift productivity and quality goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to consistently work the night shift hours (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly, and to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels, complete forms, and count inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Silverspring, Saskatoon location for night shifts.
- A proactive commitment to safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a group.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a physical labour role, manufacturing, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations, inventory systems, or scanning technology.
