Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-rise window cleaning using various access methods (e.g., rope access, scaffolding, bosun's chairs, aerial lifts) with strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Inspect and maintain all safety equipment, ropes, harnesses, and tools daily, reporting any defects immediately.
- Prepare and set up work sites, including securing exclusion zones at ground level.
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to ensure streak-free, spotless windows.
- Work collaboratively with a team, maintaining clear communication for safety and efficiency.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust work plans accordingly to ensure safety.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations, including fall protection and working at heights.
- Properly store and maintain all equipment and supplies.
- Identify and report any building facade damage or structural concerns observed during cleaning.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in high-rise window cleaning.
- Proficiency in operating various high-rise access equipment (e.g., suspended scaffolding, rope access systems).
- Strong understanding of fall protection systems and safety protocols.
- Excellent physical condition, including strength, stamina, and comfort working at extreme heights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
