Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and tools for suspicious activities and alerts, escalating as necessary.
- Provide first-line technical support for security-related issues, assisting users with password resets, access problems, and security software inquiries.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of minor security incidents, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Contribute to the documentation of security procedures and best practices.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance cybersecurity knowledge and skills.
- Perform routine security checks and audits on systems and applications under guidance.
- Collaborate with senior cybersecurity specialists to implement and maintain security measures.
- Educate users on basic cybersecurity hygiene and company security policies.
