Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor security systems and tools for suspicious activities and alerts, escalating as necessary.
  • Provide first-line technical support for security-related issues, assisting users with password resets, access problems, and security software inquiries.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of minor security incidents, following established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the documentation of security procedures and best practices.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance cybersecurity knowledge and skills.
  • Perform routine security checks and audits on systems and applications under guidance.
  • Collaborate with senior cybersecurity specialists to implement and maintain security measures.
  • Educate users on basic cybersecurity hygiene and company security policies.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of computer networks and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
