Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors in various settings.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and kitchen areas to meet hygiene standards.
- Empty waste bins, replace liners, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap as needed.
- Clean and polish fixtures, mirrors, windows, and other surfaces.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners (after training).
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazardous conditions to supervision promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality are paramount.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), standing, and walking for extended periods.
