Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior IT staff with daily technical support tasks and projects.
- Learn to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Provide first-level technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including updates, backups, and security checks.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new computer equipment and peripherals.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to IT policies and procedures, including data security and privacy guidelines.
- Actively participate in training sessions and mentorship programs.
