Key Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans.
- Load and unload dishwashing machines, ensuring proper placement for thorough cleaning.
- Hand-wash larger items and delicate equipment as needed.
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in appropriate areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and machines.
- Assist with basic food prep or kitchen organization tasks as directed by kitchen staff.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Remove trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal.
- Support the culinary and banquet teams to ensure smooth event operations.
