Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of studio equipment for recording sessions.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and tidiness of the recording studio and common areas.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, and data entry.
- Organize and archive project files, masters, and session backups efficiently.
- Run errands as needed to support studio operations (e.g., picking up supplies, catering).
- Greet artists and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assist producers and engineers during sessions, learning basic recording techniques and software.
- Manage studio inventory of consumables and report needs for restocking.
- Support social media and promotional activities by compiling content or basic research.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately.
