Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process hotel reservations accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and online systems.
- Provide detailed information regarding hotel facilities, services, room types, rates, and availability.
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and modifications to existing bookings.
- Process payments and cancellations in accordance with hotel policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions, packages, and local attractions.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve minor booking-related issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate management.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks as required.
- Adhere to all company and hotel policies and procedures.
