Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including tables, chairs, decor, and buffet lines.
- Support the catering team in food and beverage preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Serve guests professionally during events, handling food, drinks, and clearing tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas, kitchen, and service stations throughout the event.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate effectively with chefs, servers, and event managers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Transport catering equipment and supplies to and from event locations efficiently and safely.
