Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron various types of laundry items, strictly adhering to established procedures and quality standards.
- Safely and effectively operate commercial washing machines, dryers, and other specialized laundry equipment, following all operational guidelines.
- Thoroughly inspect items for any stains, damage, or signs of wear and tear, promptly reporting any identified issues to supervisors for appropriate action.
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and organization within the laundry area, including meticulous care of all equipment and work surfaces.
- Properly handle, store, and distribute clean linens and garments to designated areas as required.
- Consistently adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with the inventory management of laundry supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate proactively and effectively with team members to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all laundry tasks.
Required Skills
- Exceptional ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently throughout a shift.
- Highly reliable and punctual with a demonstrated strong work ethic and positive attitude.

- Basic communication skills, including the ability to understand and speak either English or French.
