Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced landscapers with various tasks, including planting, weeding, pruning, mulching, and lawn care.
- Prepare garden beds and other landscape areas for planting, including soil aeration and amendment.
- Operate and maintain basic landscaping equipment and tools (e.g., shovels, rakes, trimmers, leaf blowers) under supervision.
- Load and unload materials such as soil, mulch, plants, and hardscaping elements.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
