Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual, and taking accurate messages.
  • Oversee the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing meeting room bookings, and coordinating office events.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Provide general information to callers and visitors about the company and its services.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Uphold a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
