Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with the setup, operation, and maintenance of production machinery.
- Load raw materials and components into machines, ensuring correct quantities and positioning.
- Monitor machine operations to detect potential malfunctions or irregularities and report them promptly.
- Perform basic quality checks on finished products or components, identifying and segregating defective items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment around assigned production machines and workstations.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support inventory management by accurately counting, weighing, and moving materials as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
