Key Responsibilities

- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain a tidy and organised front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide directions or recommendations as needed.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold hotel security and safety standards, responding to emergencies as per protocol.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
